Shop Till You Drop...

10 days ago Paul's parents were visiting.

Mum & I took the girls out on a long-awaited shopping trip.

They had money in their pockets

and it was burning a hole.

We shop, shop, shopped!

Even I got some new shoes (I have super-wide feet and I don't do shoes!).

I didn't take my Nikon, but it didn't mean I had to miss out on capturing our day.

Sometime phonography is enough :D

Favourite Photo Friday ~ or 4!

It's really hard to choose A favourite, so I'm afraid you get four!!

6/8 in one shot (no.7 was there too, but not in shot and no.8 was napping) cooking gingerbread men together ~ I love moments like these!

Soft, chubby, baby hands that I want to remember for ever

The way he commando crawls and the way he grins back at us when he knows he is heading toward mischief!! ~ and those super-chubby, super-squishy chunks of thigh!!

And possibly my absolute favourite this week, because it will always remind me of this extra little summer we've had this week ~ at the end of September when there is supposed to a distinct chill in the air, we have been basking in 29C sunshine and long, warm evenings playing in the garden. Just for one more week the sun came back to bless us, before it goes into hibernation for a while...
